and Currencies |

All prices shown on Cats-Ass.com
are in GBP Pounds Sterling. Payments are collected by the Pay Pal
system and any orders outside of the UK will be converted during
the Pay Pal checkout process. You will be liable for any exchange
rate charges made by your card provider. All prices are as stated
on the website but Cats-Ass Clothing reserve the right to make alterations
to our pricing as and when we deem necessary. |

All goods are subject to
availability and may be changed at any time. If your order cannot
be fulfilled for whatever reason we will contact you via email within
3 working days to offer you the choice of either a full refund or
to discuss an alternative product to that ordered.

You may pay for our products
using your Visa, Mastercard, Credit or Debit Card. All transactions
are handled by the Pay Pal secure system and at no point do we have
access to your personal card details. Upon despatching your order,
you will receive an email confirming that your card has been debited
and your order sent - this is sent to the email address that you
provide us. Your e-mail address will never be released or revealed
outside of Cats-Ass.com and will be stored only for our own marketing
purposes. You may unsubscribe from our mailing list at any time

Refunds and Returns Policy |

If for any reason you are
not entirely happy with your purchase you may return them to us
for a full refund or replacement. Items must be returned in good
re-saleable condition within 14 days of reciept. Refunds will NOT
be given for items that are returned stained with lipstick etc or
where we believe suitable care was not taken whilst the goods were
in your possession. Only the purchase price will be refunded, you
will be responsible for your own postage and packing in returning
the item to us unless you were sent an incorrect or faulty item.
Refunds will only be made via Pay Pal to the credit or debit card
on which the purchase was made. Please allow up to 10 working days
for the refund to appear on your statement as the length of time
refunds take varies depending on the card issuer. We aim to action
refunds or replacements within 3 - 5 working days but this may take
longer during busy periods. When sending items back for refund you
are advised to send them by Recorded Delivery as the items are your
reponsibility until safely recieved by us.

Delivery & Postage

Items ordered within the
UK and for delivery within the UK include full Postage and Packing.
Items will be sent by Royal Mail First Class Recorded Delivery,
your signature to confirm reciept will be required. |

For deliveries to Europe or to the Rest
of the World please select the correct pricing from the drop down
menus when adding the item to your cart.
Orders outside of the UK which do not
have the correct postage added will be cancelled and refunded.

country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne
by the recipient. We have no control over these charges and cannot
predict what they may be. Customs
